I embarrassingly and naively confess… I thought I knew A LOT about being mentally strong. I have had a few life challenges and a couple hard life decisions. I came out of these experiences with insight and summarized I had grown stronger, mentally. Upon further reflection, I find it almost comical how much I thought I knew about mental strength. I was so very wrong and lacked a great deal of understanding.

The unstoppable must have mental strength! Especially in this world, especially with what is happening right now, no one can get anywhere without being mentally strong. Right? Well, that is true. But there is so much more to it than just having the resource or quality of mental strength. I knew I wanted a psychologist for this first segment of the series because although I knew a lot about mental strength (laugh), I wanted an expert in the field. Well, I got what I asked for. Jennie Yngsdahl is an established Licensed Psychologist and Clinical Supervisor at Center for Counseling and Wellness in St. Paul, Minnesota with over 20 years of experience.
