Most of our therapists are in-network providers for the following insurance plans:

  • Medicare and most supplemental plans (Only taken by Kyle Murray, MSW, LICSW, Kim Heffron Reitzel, MA, LP, Mackenzie Moll, MS, LPCC, Jessica Pendal, MA, LADC, LPCC, and Jennie Yngsdahl, MA, LP)
  • Medica / Optum / United HealthCare / UMR /Bind / Surest (Sam Gardow, MSW, LGSW, Lindsay Fitzgerald, Intern Psychotherapist, and Jasmine Kroese, RN, MA cannot take this insurance)

Our therapists are also able to see people who can pay out of pocket vs. using insurance to cover services. There are some benefits to this option if you are able to afford it. Your therapist will discuss payment options prior to your first session and provide you with a “Good Faith Estimate.” We reserve a select number of sliding fee appointments for people who are struggling financially and fit into income guidelines. You can discuss your individual situation with your therapist when you set up your first session.

*If you are meeting in-person at our office, please bring your insurance card, photo ID, and any copay or deductible amount owed to your first session. If meeting virtually, you will be asked to upload these documents into a secure portal.

To get to our office:

We are conveniently located in the Grand Hill Professional Building near the intersection of I-94 and 35E, near downtown Saint Paul and at the foot of Ramsey hill. We offer convenient parking in our building’s lot located on Grand Avenue as well as ample street parking. Our building and office are handicapped accessible and on a bus line.

From the West -Take 94 East to Marion Street Exit -Take a right on Kellogg Blvd. -Take a right on West 7th Street -Take a right on Grand  

From the East -Take 94 West to Marion Street Exit -Go left over the highway on Kellogg -Take a right on West 7th Street -Take a right on Grand  

From the North – Take 35E South to 94 West – Take 94 West to Marion Street Exit – Take a left on Kellogg -Take a right on West 7th Street -Take a right on Grand  

From the South – Take 35E North to Grand Ave – Take a left on Grand Ave   Accessible by Metro Transit Bus route 63.
