To set up an appointment with any of our therapists, please email us at info@centerforcounselingandwellness.com or call 651-294-2307 and we will be in touch with you as quickly as possible, usually within 1-3 business days. Once you have scheduled your first session with one of our therapists, you will receive an email invitation to access our secure client portal which will allow you to securely and confidentially fill out the necessary intake paperwork. If you would prefer paper documents be mailed to you or need additional assistance in any way, please let us know.

Our therapists are also able to see people who can pay out of pocket vs. using insurance to cover services. There are some benefits to this option if you are able to afford it. Your therapist will discuss payment options prior to your first session and provide you with a “Good Faith Estimate.” We reserve a select number of sliding fee appointments for people who are struggling financially and fit into income guidelines. You can discuss your individual situation with your therapist when you set up your first session.
*If you are meeting in-person at our office, please bring your insurance card, photo ID, and any copay or deductible amount owed to your first session. If meeting virtually, you will be asked to upload these documents into a secure portal.

We are conveniently located in the Grand Hill Professional Building near the intersection of I-94 and 35E, near downtown Saint Paul and at the foot of Ramsey hill. We offer convenient parking in our building’s lot located on Grand Avenue as well as ample street parking. Our building and office are handicapped accessible and on a bus line.
