About Lindsay

Lindsay Fitzgerald, MS, Psychotherapist

*** Lindsay is actively taking new clients for in-person and virtual sessions.

Hi there, my name is Lindsay. I know how hard it can be to take the first step toward seeking help for your mental health. It takes courage and strength to prioritize your wellbeing. Welcome!

My approach to counseling is influenced by Person-Centered Therapy and Attachment Theory. I believe that when you feel fully accepted and appreciated for who you are at your core, growth and change can occur. I strive to create a warm and genuine environment where you, as the client, feel safe to explore who you are as a person and how you want to show up in the world. I value connection and want to see my clients succeed in life, however that may look to each unique individual. I have been described as warm, authentic, friendly, and easy to talk to by colleagues, clients and friends. I hope to bring these traits and more into each session as we work together to explore the things that are bringing you into therapy. I look forward to hearing your story and seeing how I can help.
